Update ReferenceIndex.rst.txt (#344) (#345)

Updated the location of the "Manage Reference Index" in the TYPO3 backend. Unless I'm mistaken, in my version it's located in "System > DB Check". Co-authored-by: oddtiming <[email protected]>
