Added text area and 2 buttons

What is the change?

I have added a text area for marks and 2 buttons for Math and Re-phrase.

What does it fix/add?

It is a new feature.

How was it tested?

I ran the app on my local browser to check for elements.

The math bar button was already present in our code, can you please have the Re-Phrase button alone. And onClick events are looking the same, can you please have a separate function or do the modifications to fit as per the need mentioned on the wiki page. (Rebasing to devMaster)
