SOCKET_PORT 환경 변수를 사용하도록 WebSocketGateway를 구성하여 환경에 따라 동적 포트 할당을 허용합니다.

변경사항

.env 파일에 SOCKET_PORT가 추가되었습니다. Notion, README.md에 추가가 되어야 합니다.
