V1.0 - Official release 2 electric bogaloo

Hello again!

I know I released this plugin in the past as PrefChat but I rebranded it as EasyBetterChat. This update updates all the internal paths as well as some console messages.

I also fixed a bug where the format would not apply when sending an % in your message.

v0.2 - Official pre-release

Hi there!

The first version is v0.2 because I first used the plugin on my own server (and still do!) after wich I updated a lot of features wich made downloading v0.1 useless.

For this plugin to work, you need Vault and a Vault-compatible permissions plugin (I reccomend LuckPerms).
