Lots and lots of tweaks - mostly related to getting our FenixIV device manufacturable.

Lots of tiny tweaks - biggest new thing is the option to merge by inferred filetype instead of file-ext. Kicad now exports all layers with gbr extension by default - so this might come in handy.

Long overdue binary updates... too many tiny changes since previous build to list.

Debugged "autoprocess" system. For large boards it now makes sense to leave out the autoprocessing and press "process" after everything has the right place.

Eagle-drillgerber fix. All boards that have an accidentaly 10x on the drill files will be auto-scaled down to fit the board before merging.
