ia-mame 1.0

This version fixes issues with Java 9+ (See issue #10) and now support all romsets collections published at archive.org since the last version, which range from 0.149 to 0.197 as of now. Console logs and download progress counter have been improved.

Support of many romsets versions collections required a lot of refactoring on the "archive downloader" part of the code and some design changes. Tests have been done but bugs may occur. Please fill an issue at the Github project page if you encounter one.
