  • Added "Accept cookies by scrolling window" option.

Fixes

  • "Always show cookie bar" option was not correctly working.
  • Minified CSS files where present, but not in use. If you now use the minified js version of cookieBAR, you will be using minified CSS as well.

Misc

  • The startup process code was a bit messy, I did my best to clean it a bit, it should be easier to review and edit, if needed.
