###Dependencies Requires R and the following R libraries:

• vegan
• RColorBrewer
• ggplot2
• reshape2
• plyr
• beeswarm
• ape
• grid
• gridExtra
• cowplot
• ROCR
• flux
• randomForest

Usage:

1. make a new directory inside the main directory. For example: Analysis_TodaysDate

2. From within the new directory, load R and call the load and figure scripts:
