This still needs to prevent users from closing their TripSit thread if it was initiated by TripSitMode. Users also aren't able to delete their thread unless it’s been closed first, so it should only need to be done for closing, rather than both. This PR now resolves #883 too. |

Issue: if put into tripsitmode by a team member, the user cannot use "I'm okay now" after a team member says "They're okay now". Also, if you try to do that and you are a team member, it says the ticket is not open. |
