Because pathPrefix becomes <assetPrefix>/<pathPrefix> when both assetPrefix and pathPrefix are set. On the opposite basePath won't include the assetPrefix.

Because `pathPrefix` becomes `<assetPrefix>/<pathPrefix>` when you pass both `assetPrefix` and `pathPrefix` are set.
On the opposite `basePath` won't include the `assetPrefix`.
