Exporter Exporter 0.6.0 Manual Release for Testing

This is a manual release of Exporter Exporter 0.6.0 for testing. Not intended for production use, we are manually uploading the release artifacts, manually copied from this GitHub issue.

This is to resolve a problem in Exporter Exporter 0.5.0 where its release is not a statically linked build and thus it has specific glib requirements.
