About this plugin

The Add CSS Customizer Capability plugin does exactly what the name implies: it adds the ability for site administrators to access the Additional CSS field in the customizer on multisite WordPress sites. By default in a multisite environments, only network administrators have that ability. This plugin modifies that default behavior.
