This will completely do away with the old OCHA Services convention in a sub-theme, and instead uses the new setup found in CD releases newer than v9.3.2 Refs: CD-537

Strangely the 7 breaking-change involved changing all instances of toMatch() to toMatchTextContent() but it only created errors when that change was implemented and leaving the tests as they were seemed to work fine. Refs: CD-539
