Moving from sysctl.conf to sysctl.d/kali-anonsurf.conf #109

A minor suggestion. It helped me fix the issue I was facing, when kali-anonsurf reported that /etc/sysctl.conf was not found (minimal kali wsl2).

I moved the ipv6 configs from /etc/sysctl.conf to /etc/sysctl.d/kali-anonsurf.conf .

Up to you ^_^

Added a (perhaps) more clean approach to managing editing /etc/sysctl.d by migrating the changes to /etc/sysctl.d/kali-anonsurf.conf
Fixed typo leading to duplicate comment
removed two extra new lines

@UmbraDeorum, can you do me a favor and test the latest version of this pull on your environment and tell me the results? I can't test this on a runner, and my environment has too much stuff applied to it to do a clean test. Please let me know if the current changes work in your testing.

You should only have to pull the changes, then rerun the installer, and you'll have it. Then you can anonsurf start and anonsurf stop and determine if it worked as expected.
