Add colormap

For the representation of sound maps, the I-Simpa interface uses color palettes.

These palettes are defined in the gpl format of the GIMP software (http://www.gimp.org/) and located in the /Bitmaps/iso directory of the I-Simpa installation directory.

To add a new palette, just install the file with the corresponding .gpl extension.
