What's Changed

  • Removed direct dependency on the g4f package. Just unpack the freegpt-webui archive and do 'python run.py 'or 'python3 run.py'
  • Fixed bugs with threads #962
  • GPT 3.5-turbo is selected by default. For the reason that there are very few providers available on GPT-4
  • g4f latest current version 0.1.4.7
  • Checking for the current version of g4f is disabled. Basically, g4f works stably, I don't see the point of updating it too often, it brings inconvenience.
  • In general, the work of freegpt-webui has been restored as it was before the closure of the official repository

The error "Failed to create conversation." may occur.
Solution: Delete all conversations, reload the page, select GPT 3.5-turbo
