This repository contains multiple WordPress plugins that help to manage and export metadata using bibliographic standards.

vb-metadata-export
Exports post metadata as Marc21 XML, MODS 3.7 XML, Dublin Core XML and via OAI-PMH 2.0 -
vb-gnd-taxonomy
Adds a GND taxonomy for posts including autocomplete suggestions based on lobid.org -
vb-author-affiliations
Saves author affiliations and ROR-ID as post metadata (since affiliations may change over time) -
vb-doaj-submit
Automates the submission of post metadata to the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) -
vb-crossref-doi
Automates the registration of DOIs for posts via CrossRef
The plugins are currently not yet available in the official WordPress plugin directory and need to be installed manually by uploading the code as zip file. Zip files can be downloaded from the GitHub releases section.
Minimum Requirements:
- PHP >= 7.4 with XML- and XSL-extensions enabled
- Wordpress >= 5
