chimaera final release

Bump to daedalus onward as 5.0 stable release is out.

I no longer provide regular up-to-date releases (weekly action build is still available as action artifact and prerelease) if nothing big changes in the code base (as the package is large & I feel bad for wasting GitHub's storage😥). However, when I test new build that works on my machine™️, I'll upload them here.
