Description

This PR cleans up the monthly-challenges folder for clarity with below changes:

Moved August2021 folder into archive in healthy-habits.
Deleted PastChallenges.md as we have the record of past challenges in the README of each challenge.
Moved Demo_Days folder into archive in build-in-public.
Rename Create_AV_Content to create-av-content for folder names consistency.
Added a note to explain the Build in Public and Demo Day challenges history.
