Release candidate d for processing HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion Data.

Fixes a bug in split of Task fMRI Analysis pipeline into version 1.0 and version 2.0. Bug involved assuming that the v1.0 and v2.0 script files could be invoked from the dispatching script from within the current directory (the . directory).
