EAACP v0.5b5

EAACP will track an ASCOM telescope position in Stellarium. Useful if you're running the Qt6 build that does not support ASCOM.
Telescope trailing configuration dialog added. Allows ASCOM telescope selection, graphics property of telescope marker and update rate.
Added button to also move the Stellarium view to the current telescope position.
