Initial Implementation of Audio/Video offsets. v1.0.2.2

This should hopefully fix the situation where audio plays multiple seconds after the action in the video is shown. Ex: Player shoots a gun, seconds later the corresponding gunshot noise is heard. DO NOTE that increasing the video delay also increases the memory usage of the app (up to around 2gb it seems for the full 10000ms), and will ALSO take that much extra time before the video shows up.
