Publishing downloaded files in media library

This is initial version with publishing downloaded files in Android media library.
Previously downloaded and new downloaded files will be published in Android Media library.The application search files before publish to avoid publishing the same files multiple times.
This feature can be disabled in Settings ->Other Settings -> Share media downloads or in Wizard. By default is active.

The latest version before 3.0

This is release for the latest version of the application before upgrade to version 3.0. Please try to install it to temporary solve storage problems.
