Release comma-plugin 2.0 (beta 22)

This is a smaller update which adds in the loading of
libraries provided by CORE.setting (Test, NativeCall,
Telemetry, etc).

In other words, clicking on one of these libraries will
resolve to a temporary, preloaded instance of the
module source file.
