Summary :

This draft PR is to remove the Ubuntu 20.04 references from the workflows, configuration and dependencies while ensuring that Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.04 continue to function without any issues.

Planned changes :

Identified and removed all the references to Ubuntu 20.04 in workflow files.
Updated the workflows to use Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.04 as applicable.
Removed any Ubuntu 20.04 specific dependencies and clean up obsolete files.
Validated CI test build pipeline on Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.04 and it got passed.

Next Steps :

I will convert this draft PR into regular PR once all changes are reviewed and approved.
