Also changed study_group_description field in Diagnosis to diagnosis_description - a field that describes the purpose and intent for capturing a diagnosis at a specific time point
Currently a controlled vocabulary. Could be an ontology except no single ontology is likely to have the range of terms we want. IEDB has created their own ontology tree from multiple ontologies to capture this. We don't have that capability in the AIRR Spec.
