New: Live Airtime Tracking

At the end of calls I kept on asking myself "How much airtime did I really have" and the timeline didn't give me a good answer.

So, here's a feature that shows me, live on a call, my airtime ratio compared to the other(s). I've also included a timer on the left just to keep track of how long the call has been (I tend to lose track of time.)

It's rudimentary but already has helped me better understand myself and my communication-style!
