Welcome to the wiki of AdvancedRegionMarket! Here you will find everything you need to know about ARM. :)

AdvancedRegionMarket is a feature-rich and versatile plugin that empowers server owners to put WorldGuard regions up for sale or rent. Gone are the days of manual negotiations and tedious region management. With AdvancedRegionMarket, players can buy, rent, and manage regions effortlessly, transforming the way you interact with your Minecraft world.

Features:

  • Region Sale and Rental: Server staff can designate specific regions as available for purchase or rental. Regions can be sold as buy-, rent- or contractregions. Players can interact with sell-signs connected to these regions to initiate the process.
    • Sell-Regions: Can be bought by a user who then owns the region permanently.
    • Rent-Regions: Can be rented by a user for a specific time. Rented regions can be extended up to a maximum period at once.
    • Contract-Regions: Like rent-regions, but contract-regions will extend themselves automatically till the owner terminates the contract of the region or runs out of money.
  • Regionkinds: Regions can be grouped into different regionkinds, which can then be grouped into regionkindgroups. Using this regions can explicitly be designated as for example a shop, a small plot, a medium plot or whatever you like.
  • Purchase limits: ARM allows admins to define different limit groups. Limits define how many regions belonging to a certain regionkind or regionkindgroup, or how many regions at all a player is allowed to own.
  • Player Control and Customization: Once a player buys or rents a region, they gain access to a range of commands and the in-game GUI. This enables them to customize their region, extend the rent, add members, manage WorldGuard flags and perform other essential actions.
  • Region Restoration: Players can revert their regions by their own to the state it was in when purchased, providing peace of mind while experimenting with different builds and designs.
  • Subregions: If enabled by the server staff, players can create and sell subregions of their own region to other players.
  • Region reset: When the rent of a region expires, the plugin (by default) automatically resets the region into its initial state and puts it back on sale. This can also be done for inactive players. You can also define a grace period in which active members of a region can take over a region of an inactive owner.
  • Flaggroups: Automatically set certain flags to a region depending on if its currently on sale or bought. The plugin can be configured in a way that allows region owners to set designated flags by their own through the plugin GUI.
  • Economy Integration: AdvancedRegionMarket seamlessly integrates with in-game economies, allowing players to use in-game currencies for transactions.
  • Dynamic GUI: Depending on the permissions of a player, buttons in the GUI can be hidden or shown. ARM will rearrange the items in the GUI.
  • Fully customizable: All messages can be edited in the messages.yml
