This is a consolidation release that fixes a few inconsistencies in the 0.2.2 version.

waveloc-0.2.2

The waveloc-0.2.2 release corresponds to the version of waveloc that was used in Langet et al, (BSSA, 2014) to analyze the seismicity on Piton de la Fournaise volcano, Reunion Island.

The code conforms to flake8 standards, and a tentative API is published and documented. Documentation is still rudimentary. Greatest lack: a full tutorial. Should arrive in a later release.
