- Speed delta: Difference in car speed (km/h) compared to record lap
- Speed percent delta: Difference in car speed as a percentage of current speed, compared to record lap

Added option to set up an analog clutch axis in the plugin to display clutch more accurately in launch screen

Lap records will now descriminate between records set with fixed setup and open setup. Also added properties showing track temp and air temp on the record lap. Currently not descriminating between wet and dry track lap times, need more experience with Tempest.

Bug fixes:
- Fixed simhub log errors caused by plugin searching for iRacing telemetry when other sims were running
- Fixed simhub log errors caused by missing javascript functions (myClutch() and myBitePoint() are now no longer in use, are included in the plugin as properties, see additions above).
- Cumulative fuel save delta no longer counts the rolling start lap
- Made adjustments GT3 cars to match changes in the sim (can fuel while changing tires, no longer has engine map, etc)
- Fixed a whole lot of issues caused by SimHub native properties [InPit] and [InPitLane] having changed how they work.
