Website without a server

This is about how to publish a static website with GitHub Pages.

Originally, this workshop was held on 12. September 2018 - at the University for Applied Sciences Berlin as part of a summer break coding camp.

Prerequisites

• GitHub Account
• installed git
• installed Atom Editor
• any image editor like Gimp

Steps

1. Setup the Dev Environment
2. Create a GitHub Pages Repository
3. Create a Markdown-based Website (optional)
4. Create a real Website
