Hi @anmoldas80 , the existing doc is correct. If the incident management tool is not supported, the users will have to use the webhook to post INCIDENT to DevLake. |

I thought webhook is not possible with incident management tools.
Webhook is only a possible option if your CI/CD tool is not supported.

@anmoldas80 I think it means if your incident management tools are not supportted, you can post incident to DevLake via webhook, just like CI/CD tools. |
