THRIFT-5853: Remove oldstyle casts from TBufferTransports and TCompactProtocol

Removes all oldstyle casts from the library parts needed to parse with TCompactProtocol in memory, like when using thrift for parquet. Thus, it is now possible to compile it with -Wno-old-style-casts
