Includes:

  • distribution events
  • instant gateway withdrawals
  • consolidated cancel withdrawals
  • autostake delegates
  • upgrading from lease to permabuy
  • disallow buying arns names that match AO supported wallet addresses
  • prevent negative token costs for extending leases (due to grace period)
  • improved slashing event data

PE-6667 - add bundling services into the gar (#66)

Enables gateways to advertise any dedicated bundlers they may be using.
We do not do any verification of these bundlers, so users should verify
themselves before spending/paying for any service.

feat(PE-6996): allow upgrading leased names (#150)

Allows `leased` names to be upgraded to a `permabuy` - can be performed
by anyone and is just the cost of permabuying the name. There is no
discount applied for the original leasing of the name.
