changes for 3.43.0

* Add new option to use only ffmpeg, this fix audio synchronization problems and duplicate frames. Check the option in *Encoding* tab. #106

@argorar just letting you know that WebMConverter for some unknown reason would not open with the latest Windows 11 24h2 but it is now opening as expected after I installed the 2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050009) and 2025-01 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5049622) yesterday.
