Work in progress. This nengo3 branch currently works for the purposes of importing and using the nengolib library with nengo>=3.0.

TODO:

  • Drop Python3
  • Update TravisCI
  • Remove obsolete features (e.g., PerfectLIF)
  • Remove dead code / tests
  • Update documentation
  • Update changelog
  • Bump version to 1.0 release candidate

Resolves #184.
