All 51 tests pass against the sparc1 server.
Some of the new auth tests will need to be changed once the "implicit data sets" feature is added (that is, when a user does not specify any data set(s) in
dataset_list, it will find/retrieve records only from authorized data sets, instead of throwing an error).
