Client tests that used DEV SPARCL server failed after I nuked and rebuilt server DB. Server repo has not yet been updated with changes to fixtures and to init-db.sh (the method to nuke and rebuild DB). But this passes dev in my DEV. After I finish committing server changes, other DEVs should be able to reproduce client test results by rebuilding teh server DEV.
