As requested by Marketing, this PR adds Plausible (privacy-friendly tool), as we want to be very transparent with the users and reviewers. The tool implemented here (Plausible) is very privacy friendly, so we would never store data about users but only about usages with the goal to improve the user experience and the website features. So, not as a "commercial/marketing" tool but as a "product" tool only.
