Pronoun Viewer v0.1.1

This is a small update to Pronoun Viewer adding some nice changes

• Added more error handling (specifically when loading corrupted / deleted profiles)
• Added hot-reloading when you add a user to your saves
• Added a reload button so deleted users can be removed from the saved profiles list without restarting the app
