chore: Remove manifests for deprecated csi-secrets-store-provider-aws chart

Issue

• Resolves Add ability to assign env to the csi-secrets-store-provider-aws #691

• Resolves csi-secrets-store-provider-aws does not contain the secrets-store-csi-driver  #748

• Resolves csi-secrets-store-provider-aws: update secrets-store-csi-driver to >=1.2; allow to specify service account role-arn annotation #824

• Resolves [csi-secrets-store-provider-aws] Update subchart #815

• Relates Publish helm charts also as an OCI package (e.g. on GHCR/ECR registry) #1070

Description of changes

• Remove manifests for deprecated csi-secrets-store-provider-aws chart - this was marked as deprecated here in Deprecate secrets-store-csi-driver-aws helm chart hosted here #892 but the manifests were never removed. this now removes those manifests to ensure users refer to the upstream chart definitions
• Remove note on deprecated Calico chart - this is covered in the EKS documentation
