#1724 solved

Description

The footer on the Help page is completely misaligned, creating a visually jarring effect. Additionally, the Home page footer differs from the footers on other pages, leading to inconsistency in the overall site design. On the Tool page, the footer elements are not properly aligned, which affects readability and user navigation. This update resolves these issues by standardizing the footer design across all pages, ensuring proper alignment and a consistent look and feel for better user experience.
