WARNING: CONTAINS BREAKING CHANGE

IMPORTANT! Because of a rewrite, you will need to remove your existing sensors (via the Config UI) and then recreate them - apologies for this, this should be the last breaking change for a while.

Also new:

• Adds additional attributes (Flow between regions + emission factor)
• Improves Config Flow (allows you to choose a region from a dropdown)
• Stops adding of the same region multiple times
• Adds Diagnostics for HA 2022.02.1+
• Uses the correct version number (the beta version number was incorrect)
