This repository contains code and data used to reproduce the various analyses for the manuscipt Emergence and disruption of cooperativity in a denitrifying microbial community

• Each folder contains code and data specific to the analysis of interest (e.g., trascriptomics folder contains data and code for transcriptomics analysis)
• Processed data tables can be found in each analysis specific data folder
