• FinalReviewPage and Form
• A factory pattern, for each form knows to fetch and build the necessary data and schemas required to display a readonly form
• A custom form theme, tweaked from the existing readonlyTheme
• Small adjustments to imports to allow doing as much as possible on the server side component
