Fixed the following issue:

  1. User can't login to the system. Some of the users got 401 error when they login to the system.
  2. The issue that the order of the hired rotation list is wrong, which caused the user can't hire equipment properly.
  3. The issue that the page does not show new added request details when the user created a new request.
