JASPER 240: Court-list Card and Service

🃏 Court-list card component and new PCSS service client ⬇️

Component needed to display the court-list card information.
This PR also adds the PCSS service client we are going to use to retrieve the court-room view of a court-list.
The client layer was generated from the NSwag tool.
