This plugin adds two things to your Wordpress installation.

A settings page which allow you to set a global background to be stretched (/wp-admin/themes.php?page=wp-backstretch)

A shortcode to set a backstretch per page

Install: Upload the plugin to the wp-content/plugins folder and activate it
