It's too late to change, honestly. Maybe next time.

This release is going to tackle the re-design. It doesn't have more concrete constraints than that. We don't have a deadline or sprints or anything fancy like that. I'd just like to get an improvement over the current site, and see if we can publish that in a timely manner.
