Make sure the plugin is installed, payment method is activated in your Better Payment dashboard as well as in the WooCommerce plugin settings under Payments.
You will have to configure this payment method based on your preferences by navigating to WooCommerce's Payments configurations.
Collection of DOB or Gender should be enabled, if risk checks are enabled for this payment method in your Better Payment dashboard and requires these fields.
You will also have to provide CREDITOR_ID as well as COMPANY_NAME so that the mandate agreements can represent these values.
Once the customers reach to checkout page they will need to accept the terms and conditions of the legal SEPA mandate text and then enter their IBAN and BIC(optional) to perform the payment.
Once they payment is made after passing risk checks, it will be cleared the next day and sent to the bank.
You should expect to receive status updates for a SEPA transaction within 3 to 4 days of payment being created.
